What We Do...

We have been working on supporting people with their employment rights issues and bullying concerns since 2011. The Bullying Surgery is that space where you can bring your most  pressing concerns about being bullied at work

What we know is that when you are dealing with bullying problems, you want solutions in real time, that help you get to the heart of your concerns.

We also know that once you use your employment rights to confront the bullying you face, this sends a message to your bullies, that you are not afraid to try to get the bullying to stop.

At our Bullying Surgery, we use case studies and live case mapping to bring you real solutions you can use to challenge bullying and abuse at work.
